Lease Terms

At Revere Landings, we do not discriminate against any person based on color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or handicap. Revere Landings requires verification on:

• Credit

• Residency

• Employment

• Income

12-month minimum lease starting at $1185, $1310, $1320. See Floor Plans for more details. 

Security Deposit

Security Deposits are based on credit. A minimum of one month’s Security Deposit is required.

Pet Fee

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for pets under 25 pounds. No monthly pet rent.  Aggressive breeds are not accepted.
